Suggestion Title: Adding Party's where we can envite Buddy's and they will have a green Thing on their head so we know their in the party
How would it benefit the server: Players that launch nuke's Base's Will know who to kill + PPl wont kill their freinds anymore by accident

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Suggestion Title: Making the gang Sign Green so u know who your gang Members are.

How would it benefit the server: You will now who your gang members are from far
