There was a great deal of confusion on the server today because the rules are out of date the rule in need of fix is advertising apparently it's been removed it something

That rule is fine, having a link such as a csgo gambling site is okay seeing as they're very common and don't really affect the player count. However, you are not allowed to have a link to another garrys mod community as that is something that can in fact affect the player count.
