Suggestion Title: Drugs that can be put in your inventory and bank

How would it benefit the server: People who are bomb rich have no reason to base so something like this which makes these drugs the following : Hard to farm, 5-10 mins per drug which you use like weed in the inventory, they will do the same effects of amphetamine and morphine but be untradeable and undropable so people have to farm them and take others or just solo farm, a 2min cooldown on using them.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that i know of

No fun then people can raid easy since they can consume it all the time
