TOPIC: [SSRP] Booster Packs + VIP As Actual Items

Suggestion Title: Make ZARP VIP & Booster Packs actual in game items when purchased

How would it benefit the server: Currently, we have in place a middleman service to prevent users getting scammed from doing these out of game deals involving Booster Packs and VIP. Instead of VIP/Booster Packs being intangible items only gift-able to players, why not make them items in game to sell, trade, and buy? This prevents the need for a middleman, instead players will have a much more relaxed and safe experience when doing this without the need for an administrator or higher to be a middleman for the trade.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: To those that may be concerned about the gifting feature going away, these could still be here for the Blue/Yellow and Gold VIP tags on the forums, but it would gift them an item instead of them having to claim it in the F4 menu.
