I've lost my thundergun to a recent (possible) bugg wich got confirmed by admin |m| agent zero
"|M| Agent Zero: KILL: Archer sterling (STEAM_0:1:159177055) was killed by Entity [0][worldspawn] with a unknown in the City District"

I thought I got rdmed so I called an admin, but when i finally got help the console said this happened. It happened in disco district on 17:00 2-11-2017
I hope i can get a refund for the thundergun, with kind regards Archer

You clearly don't know what you're saying. Refunds are given out but only when it is a server issue that caused the item to be lost. He can make a refund request without proof and have a community manager look through the logs which would take a while but proof would be helpful.
