Suggestion Title: New Ranks

How would this benefit the BHOP Server?: Considering the fact there are multiple people on the server that have already reached the max rank, I feel that having more ranks will encourage people to progress harder on bhop and become more active.
Potential Issues: People who have been sitting at Legend rank for a while may have had built up XP that sadly may not go to good use... if ranks were added and people got the XP they technically earned then there would be a problem.
Additional Notes: An ability to view every rank in condescending order by typing a command could also become pretty nifty considering that there are a lot of people that want to know what the rank names are.(mostly new people)
