How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been staff for 7 months now and admin for 6 months I have gained a lot of experience while being staff, , I believe I have gained more than enough experience with Admin and Moderator and i am confident i will be a fair as super admin.
what makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I am very active on the Forums, SSRP and Discord. I deal with f1s and when people need help on a daily basis i have over 100 competed f1s to my name, On the Forums I try to give constructive and helpful input On sections such as Server applications, Report Abuses and Server Appeals.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
i recently dealt with a f1 where a player rdmed another players suit, i had seen evidence that this was clearly a rule break but the accused player was crying bias so i got into contact with 1 super admin and on lead team to give their opinion upon the situation that were not in any of the two players gangs or involved at all they both agreed to my decision to punish the player or have them refund the suit they had rdmed, in this situation i contacted other staff member to show that my decision was not bias and did give the accused play a fair chance at a second and third opinion.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would go through the report abuse and review any evidence that has been submitted. I would then contact the staff member on discord to try and get their perspective of the situation so I can understand both sides. After looking through the evidence as thoroughly as I can I would decide if it was the staff members fault and if so whether they worth talking to or if they need a more deserving punishment, if I believe they needed a more deserving punishment I would contact the Lead team and gather all the other Lead team’s opinion on it, I would make sure to keep an eye on the individual to make sure they aren't doing anything else.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would initially start of by contacting the staff member to understand why they have taken the discission to ban said player for such a long time to try get a scope of the situation, i would then look at the evidence such as their rap sheet and previous bans to see if this is a common occurrence for accused player, if not i would reduce then ban myself to a fair amount of time and make sure to bring up the staff member and situation to the lead team.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would ask in admin chat if they needed any help with their sit, I would try to be useful and give as much information as the staff member needs, if they are still stuck with the sit I would teleport to them and show them what they needed to do. After this I would make tell them that if they have any issues in the future that do not hesitate to drop me a message as im always willing to help.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would start off by asking the staff member for details about the situation, i would then go through as much evidence as i can gather such as logs and clips if possible, after gathering all evidence i can. I would then pass this onto the Lead team and fill them in as best as i can.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Attempt to calm/stop the situation by keeping an open mind to the situation but to keep a solution as my end goal and try ease off the tension between the two staff members.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would ask them why they had broken the rules, and inform them that they should not be breaking the rules as a staff member as they are meant to be upholding the rules them self and to keep professionalism about them, if this is not taken seriously i would bring this up to the Lead team in meetings and also keep a close eye to see if anymore rule breaks happen.
