Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM is an acronym, which means Random Death Match. This means to murder somebody without having a valid roleplay related reason.
Example 1: Player 1 is walking down the street towards his base. Player 2 is mad at player 1 for taking that base spot so he kills him with a PSG halfway down the road from his base. This is RDM because there was no valid reason to kill player 1
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR is an acronym for New Life Rule. This means you cannot interact or enter the last place of death until your timer (located at the top of the screen) ends. Even then, if you die when defending a nuke, casino raid or police armour raid, you cannot continue raiding after death.
Example 2: Player 1 is in his base with his printers. Player 2 decides he will raid player 1, however he fails and dies. In anger player 2 returns and blows up player 1s base and kills him aswell. This is NLR because he interacted with the last place of death within his cooldown.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

So when i claim the sit, i will bring player A and ask him to explain the situation in as much detail as possible before bringing player B. I will then bring player B and ask him why he has killed player A. If his story checks out, by checking the logs, then it will return them both. However, if it was rdm, depending on how severe the rdm was, i would punish player B accordingly: it was an accident = verbal it was on purpose or has recent rdm warning = warning

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.

I would freeze the mass rdmer while i kick him to ensure he doesn’t kill anyone else while i’m kicking him. It would then alert an admin to ban him.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I believe i should be staff because i’m very active not just on zarp, but on PC in general, so i will mostly be available even when not on the server. I enjoy playing zarp and i believe i would be a valuable member for the staff team as i have a lot of experience being staff on other servers in the past (i have been playing gmod for like 6-7 years). I have no recent warnings (my last warning was march 2021) and have been following the rules and i do agree with most of them. I am active on the forums a lot also so if anyone ask for staff assistance on the forums, i will be around to help.
