TOPIC: [SSRP] SXLUMPTEDs Head Admin Application

On top of my old application, I wanted to go thru a few additional details and comments!

Kindness
I promise to the community that I will remain kind to everybody, regardless of gang, and handle any concerns or issues without a bias.

Fairness
I promise to the community that any punishment issued would be the same regardless of the gang, player, or entity causing the issue. I also promise to remain fair in not giving advantages to gang members or other players with use of HAdmin ESP or different methods of “cheating” the community.

Dedication & Transparency
I promise to the community to remain dedicated no matter the player count, whether that be with updates, attempts at reviving the server etc. I also promise full transparency with what can be shown to the community prior to release and showcasing what we are working on given that it isn’t confidential at the time.

Ability to react
For the most part, as long as I’m not at work I can get on and assist with any issues related to the server. Any forum work can be done remotely aswell.

Some of my Ability’s and traits
Some of my ability’s include being coherent in gLua, and enjoying development on the side for fun. I am very talented when it comes to making new things and bringing ideas to life. Some of my traits I would have to say would be honesty, kindness, fairness/respect, my ability to be resilient and much more. I don’t let the negative parts of life effect me, and focus on pursuing my goals.

About Me & my Personality
My real name is Christian, and in my day to day life I pursue my job as an Automotive Technician, working on high-end luxury vehicles. I am very anal-retentive when it comes to having things organized, and in good working order, as it stresses me out when not. I have a very outgoing personality, and believe that would be a very good fit for a head admin, as I would love to try and focus on hosting small weekly events to give the players something new to look forward to each week and hopefully encourage more players. I also have a “doors-always-open” mentality that would allow me to connect more with players & the staff team or anybody who simply has a question or somebody who is full on in a mental crisis and needs somebody to speak to.

Any previous experience? Very long ago, I was head of staff on Elitelupus DarkRP after a few months of its release. I stepped down willingly as I did not enjoy the direction the server was going in, aswell as the allegations made against Elite himself.

What are some situations you’ve had to face as a super admin?
With the decreased player count, there isn’t much going on when it comes to these situations outside of basic RDM, NLR, Racism, etc. I spectate players, raids, airdrops, nukes, etc and attempt to try and find cheating, suspicious activity or even people attempting to crash the server. With the decreased player counts, it is pretty relaxed currently. Hopefully if accepted and I start doing events, more players will come and stay. Not exactly a situation, but I would like to say I am very active on the server, and have put massive effort into trying to find situations that require me being a super admin/head admin and commonly lack the ability to find them. I commonly search for bugs, attempt to exploit to try and find them, and yet I cannot find many to add to trello etc.

What do I wish to achieve as a Head Administrator?
I wish to achieve a consistent player base that doesn’t have to worry of cheating, doxxing, and other malicious online activities. Ongoing from this, it would require a lot of work, starting from hosting weekly events and giveaways, to actually investigating into cheating cases, being able to discuss said things in the Head Admin meeting, and being able to collaborate with other head admins with similar goals, I believe we can make ZARP a place where friends meet to have a good time again. Ultimately, I am very unbiased, I don’t consider gangs in punishments, I’d like to say I have a lot better reputation around the server then I did in 2019, and I think I truly can help make the server a better place, which is my ultimate goal as a head administrator.

My current understanding and how I feel about the way ZARP is headed
I believe that ZARP has some great processes in place, but can definitely update/modernize others. I understand that if it works, it doesn’t need much change, but considering how different playing in 2025 vs 2016 or even 2020 I believe some of these processes can be updated and or changed. If accepted, these things can be brought up in the meetings and not blasted out over forums. I feel ZARP is always in need of people who care about the servers direction and I am that guy, currently, we are in a decent place, but why not make it even better?
