Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Random Death Match, known as RDM for short is when you randomly kill a player for no valid RP reason.

Example: Clarky walks up to me standing in my juggernaut suit, whips it out and kills me for no reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New Life Rule, known as NLR for short is when you go back to or interact with the same location that you previously died in within 3 minutes.

Example: Player A is basing in the warehouse district. Player B comes along to raid him! Player A kills player B, WHICH makes player B insanely mad, so he goes back to the same district where the base is within 3 minutes to get his revenge, breaking NLR and breaking Raid TIMER!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

Firstly, I will tp to player A. I will then proceed to ask him what happened, once he explains his side of the story I will tp to the nearest and safest roof location out of any RP situations. I will then tp to player B and ask him if I can take him to a sit since he was reported for RDM. Once both players are there, I will ask player B his side of the story.

Example 1: Player B has a different story from what Player A's story was. I would then ask Player A if he has proof of the RDM, if he does, I will check Player B's rapsheet to see if he has been punished recently, if not I will verbal him(depends on the situation)

Example 2: Player B admits to the RDM and his very apologetic and has no recent punishments in the past 14days, I will kindly verbal him, advise him of the server rules again and make sure he doesn't do it again!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.

If I was to withness a player mass RDMing in spawn, and or any other district. I would freezing him right away. Check his rapsheet to see if he has punishments. If his rapsheet is clean. I will warn him for Mass RDM and then advise him to not continue. If continued after I will contact a admin(if online) to jail the user.
If the user already has many RDM recents, I will contact a admin(if online) to ban the user off the server. If theres no Admins online. I will give the user a kick and send proof to the admin team.
