Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is the act of killing someone for no reason without explanation which an example can be said as "killing someone with a pistol when they're walking on the street"

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule is an effect of when you die you start a new life (respawn) and won't be able to return to the certain area you were killed in for 3 minutes.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
I would start out by going to the admin area and then proceed to accept the F1 report and teleport Player A which who created the F1 report and teleport Player B which is the user getting reported. I would then ask for any video/clip evidence of the rule break that happened and punish the player if said rule was confirmed broken.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
I will Jail with following up with a freeze for said user RDMing in spawn and punish the user for the appropriate amount of time needed for said rule break.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words): The reasons I should become a member and a valuable asset of the staff team is because this is the only DarkRP server I have dedicated as much time to over every other server I have played. I love the community of this server and I want to do my part to keep it a non-toxic environment where anyone that joins will have a great time while they play and won't have to deal with people that are here to ruin others' roleplay experience. Secondly, I wouldn’t be one sided/biased, and not assume that the reported person is in the wrong in every situation. I feel like I will be able to see things from the players perspective because of my experience as a player, which in the long run I feel will improve the interactions players have with me as a staff member. Finally, I love meeting new people and making new friends and I believe that as a staff member of your server I will be able to do what I love, and I believe that I could maybe make the server more friendly and welcoming and let new players learn the ropes of the Server. I also do see myself as a dedicated player. Recently I have taken a break from Gmod due to boredom and repetitive grinding but if I had the responsibility as a staff member it would give me more dedication to Gmod and the server so I would become more active. Other than a few trips I have planned and my job I am home doing nothing but sitting at home on my computer so I can be a lot more active on the server.

I am making this application once again because the people who downvoted my application and majority of staff team is now banned for cheating.
