Estimated Server Time: i would say over 6000 hours at this point (approaching 25k on garrys mod)

Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

Situation 1
If someone has no intent to roleplay and is consistently breaking rules a ban for a day or two may be reasonable

Situation 2
If Player A did a coinflip with Player B without using the menu and both players have agreed to a set of rules and did a coinflip and Player B decided not to pay that would be a permanent ban for scamming until they pay back

Situation 3
if a player came on the server and started to be racist to an extreme a ban would be put in place after being punished via a mute prior


Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:

Admin Requests
When users make an f1 the request will pop up here, you can choose to handle, unhandled , close, and teleport to the player, it shows the time it was made which means you can check the exact time of the incident in the logs

Warnings
This section shows the recent warnings that staff has given to players, this will show player's name, the warn reason, and the staff's name

Logging
The main section on the f1 menu shows logs of the server, it shows kills, arrests, money drops, name changes, and disconnects, it helps in f1s as it shows the times and who kills who.

Active NLR
This shows who has NLR currently on the server, This does not include tac or mummy suits, it shows the district, the users name, and the time remaining



Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.

I would ask them in OOC or in voice to kindly stop and if they kept on continuing I would be forced to mute them, if they continued further punishment would be put in place


Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

Senario 1: Accepted
Hello User I have spoken to the admin that punished you and we have decided to unban you, you have made it clear in your appeal that you are sorry, please make sure you do not do this again as you will be put on the ban list again



Scenario 2: Denied
Hello, User, I have spoken to the admin that punished you and we have decided that now is not the time for you to be unbanned, although you have put a lot of effort into your appeal we think it is too early for you to be unbanned at this time, i would recommend playing a point shop server to gain some trust.




Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I believe I should be reinstated to the ssrp staff team as an administrator as I have been a former staff meaning I have the experience and I know what I am doing without needing to be trained, the staff team is looking for new applicants and I believe I should get admin instead of other people because I have been on the server for a very long time and still to this day I find it fun to play even though some may disagree, I have great knowledge of the ssrp rules and have been formerly staff on multiple servers other than zarp, these will include administrator and trial mod on different communities throughout garrys mod which are in the darkrp section, in 2020-2021 I believe I had my best run of staff being staff of the week handling over 100+ f1s within that week higher than any other member and I did that for multiple weeks forward.

Although some of my endings of staff have been caused by demotion I have previously apologized to the people who were affected and I have changed my ways as since then I was staff and I was better than before, my current gang members are very active on the server and during the night time there is limited staff available and I am very flexible when it comes to activity as I have the most hours on the server as of today (counting hours before leaderboards existed) and I am very friendly and I have helped new players back in the day, previously as administrator, I helped sort out hitman events with a now current cm called auzzi and I did some lead-team work, for example, getting evidence to ban hackers and spectating new moderators that were abusing the new given power, I hope this application convinces you that I can do well as an administrator.

Throughout this week I will be increasing my activity as currently, it is on the low end and i will be responding to feedback
