How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
It's been a very long and fun time hanging out with staff and players, which has gotten me the oppertunity to help people and other staff members in making zarp a better server and a more pleasant experience for the user.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? (in this part you can go as detailed as you want)
As i have been staff for a long amount of time i have gotten the experience and vision needed to help out the lead team which includes testing of new items for bugs, Finding bugs in maps and help balancing suits for the top tier SSRP Experience.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Cheaters have been found in times were i was the only staff member on the server, I gather evidence and the steamid by recording them while spectating then send it over to the LT on discord for them to handle the rest.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
First off i would gather both sides of the story and review said evidence, If said evidence is questionable i would always ask someone elses second opinion and discuss it with them. then the outcome will be made of said evidence.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
For example i would approach said staff member on discord or ingame and discuss the ban and the reasoning in a civil manner, Afterwards let him explain why it should have been that long, Next i will show why he shouldnt have banned him for that long and reduce said ban.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
Teach the staff member how to handle f1s or just help other people in a polite non bias way, it doesnt matter who it is everyone deserves respect and should get that respect.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
First of all it doesnt matter if you are staff or not you will all be dealth with the same, So firstly hear from both sides and then look at the evidence, based on that i would either give a talking to, Write them up or not punish at all if there isnt enough evidence for the manner.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Tell both of the parties to calm down, Next let them know they shouldnt behave like children and if they wanna settle an argument do it either in private messages or grow up and talk about it like adults.

you spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
For instance i would teleport and freeze him ingame and talk about why he is doing these malicious acts, Afterwards make him apoligize, Then tell him to stop and depending on how severe the acts are either write him up or just a stern talking too would do.
