Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: If someone was to randomly KIll someone that would be RDM/Random death match

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR or New Life rule is where you die somewhere and can't go back for a certain period of time

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
First, I would check the logs if he did kill him or if any damage occurred which could have resulted in the death then deal with the
punishment whatever way the punishment guideline sees fits

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
I would instantly take the user and freeze him then ask him whys he's doing that even with his reason which shouldn't be good enough to mass rdm I would give him either a perma or a few months' ban

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I believe I should be chosen as a staff member for Zarp as I have a lot of previous experience
with staffing such as staffing on Icefuse earning the rank of senior admin and some other smaller servers
that arent now around. I also believe I have a very good personality and can deal with sits in a good manner and
figure out the situation quickly and deal with it, however, I see fit.
I would also bring a funny aspect to Zarp as again my personality could shine a lot on the community and show that
I am willing to help anyone who needs it a side note my time is very flexible so I can be on quite a lot when im needed
which is very good for the servers players and the whole player base
Some other interesting facts about me are I can speak basic very basic Germans and am able to understand both POVs
when it comes to admin sits and such
