Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM also known as random death match is when someone would kill you for no applicable reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR also known as new life rule simulates that you start a new life and forget dying etc and not going to the same place within a certan amount of time

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system. i would cheak the logs of seing anything happening cheak to see if anything was advertised and if not then i would give b a warn

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining. i would jail him for and certan amount of time or even cooldown ban him (12 hr ban)
