How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on the Discord server?: I first would ask if they are joking around or not cause we have some weird players in our community. I will try to get in contact with the mean guy and ask why he is doing it. If it gets out of hand i will give him a warning or mute him.

Explain some of the administrative features of Discord and when they're used appropriately:

Timeout:
Timeouts can be used if a player is breaking rules or posting inappropriate things in the discord server and it can be used to temporarily disable communicating features to the player. This works for voicechat and normal chat.

Mute:
This can be used is the player is spamming in chats or just being disrespectful (racism etc.)

Kick: The only good reason to kick someone is if they are promoting some other dumb server.
The only downside to kicking them is that they can return easily.

Ban:
A ban is used if the player is breaking rules such as doxing, death threats, promoting or mass rulebreaking

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):

I have been an discord admin before in the past and had a positive community experience.
In discord I have been communicating with other people in voice chats and also typing.
I check the discord sometimes cause I still am in school, but i still check it out.
