Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: I would kindly ask them to stop and if they continue they will be muted

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
I would try to resolve the conflict by telling the players to stop arguing as it is causing drama in the public chat, I would ask both players what the situation was that caused the issue and come to a conclusion to settle the argument or if it continued I would mute and or warn them

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I think sandbox as a game mode is very underrated and I have never seen Zarp attempt to make one but now it has I want to see where it goes and I want to be part of the journey, I do enjoy sandbox when I join other servers with the pvp and build modes and I stay on them for hours, as well as my enjoyment for sandbox I also have experience staffing in the past, sandbox as fewer rules than ssrp so it will be easier for me to learn the commands and rules.
