Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. If someone has no intent to roleplay and is consistently breaking rules a ban for a day or two may be reasonable

2. If Player A did a coinflip with Player B without using the menu and both players have agreed to a set of rules and did a coinflip and Player B decided not to pay that would be a permanent ban for scamming until they pay back

3. if a player came on the server and started to be racist to an extreme a ban would be put in place after being punished via a mute prior


Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:

Admin Requests: When users make an f1 the request will pop up here, you can choose to handle, unhandled , close, and teleport to the player, it shows the time it was made which means you can check the exact time of the incident in the logs

Warnings: This section shows the recent warnings that staff has given to players, this will show player's name, the warn reason, and the staff's name

Logging: The main section on the f1 menu, shows logs of the server, it shows kills, arrests, money drops, name changes, and disconnects, it helps in f1s as it shows the times and who kills who.

Active NLR: This shows who has NLR currently on the server, this does not include tac or mummy suits, it shows the district, the users name, and the time remaining



Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would ask them in OOC or in voice to kindly stop and if they kept on continuing I would be forced to mute them, if they continued further punishment would be put in place


Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apologies and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would first go on to the appeal and type handling, I would then go speak to the staff member that punished the player and speak about the appeal, depending on the conversation it is up to the admin that punished the player to accept or deny, after the conversation I will type one of the following.

1. Accepted
Hello User I have spoken to the admin that punished you and we have decided to unban you, you have made it clear in your appeal that you are sorry, please make sure you do not do this again as you will be put on the ban list again



2. Denied
Hello, User, I have spoken to the admin that punished you and we have decided that now is not the time for you to be unbanned, although you have put a lot of effort into your appeal we think it is too early for you to be unbanned at this time, i would recommend playing a point shop server to gain some trust.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I have been playing zarp for over 6 years now and it has never really changed and my love for it has only increased as time went on, zarp is a very custom and unique server being one of the only servers with custom suits and printers that i first saw, i got into the server with my brothers and friends and at first i did rulebreak but then i understood how it all worked and i have alot of knowledge of the server and how it works, i have been staff multiple times on the server, i cant remember correctly how many times i was admin but i believe it was 3 times, and i belive thoughout those times of being staff i did very positive things to the server, i was prevously staff in 2020 and i was in standby and i was working alongside a community manager called CEO of Business or Auzzi, thought this time we would help each other with staff duties and i helped him with stuff that lead team would normally do for example 2 staff got accepted called Zui and Sync and they was minges and the owner at the time TheXnator wouldnt do much about them and i was recording them abusing their power and breaking server rules, after 2 hours of this they got demoted and i sent the video to the lead team, i also got 2 hackers kicked via spectating and with CEO, i also did some events for some suits with ceo in a hitman event and it was very fun and i miss these times.
I should be staff this week because i see many rulebreakers happen and sometimes people cant report it due to not having recording software and overnight i see many rulebreakers and normally there are no staff, if i was given staff again i would be there when the admins are not and punish the people who are rulebreaking at late hours, i have a lot of experience with the commands of admin and moderator and i know them very well, i understand the process of doing f1s and how to punish players and i think the most important thing with being staff is to be fair, i can use my knowledge of the server to help out inexperienced players and give them items and a start to the server, most players who are new get raided and never leave again and i believe if i could help 1 new player it would make a positive change for their experience and the more likely that they stay, i am going for admin as moderator has limited powers and when i was staff the prevous times i did better when i was admin than a moderator

During this week i will be improving on the given feedback that will be posted by staff on this thread, i will be speaking to staff on discord to hear their opinions about me going for admin in particular
