How would you handle a Discord appeal?:

Hello [Name] after reviewing your appeal and speaking to [admin] we have decided to unban you, this is because we believe you have been banned long enough and deserve a second chance, please read through our discord rules here before joining back!

Explain some of the administrative features of Discord and when they're used appropriately:

Timeout:

Timeout can be used in circumstances when a user might post something or do something in which they need to take a break and rethink their actions, Timeouts can last 1 Minute, 5 Minutes, 10 Minutes, 1 Hour, 1 Day and 1 Week, it would depend on how often they are getting a timeout on which option you would take.

Mute:

Mute is really like a timeout as you are limiting such features as typing, it can even be used if a user is Micspamming in channels and just being a nuisance, you should also always mute someone for racism.

Kick:

A kick just like a ban should be one of the last things you do, it can also be used for promoting, the only difference between using the kick command and the ban command is that with a kick a user can easily join back with an invite.

Ban:

A ban should be placed if the user in question is breaking Discord TOU or causing any distress by placing death threats, threatening to dox, promoting cheating software or promoting other services.

What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):

Currently, i hold the rank of Bhop Head Admin, having these powers would help me if and when i am training any new Bhop staff members as I can then just give the roles myself and not need to rely on someone else. It would also allow me to ensure every Discord Administrator was being fair with their powers and not abusing them in any way.

Activity:

I am always available on discord, I am always checking the Zarp discord server to see if there is anywhere I can assist or help anyone, due to my work schedule I am both awake US and UK times I believe this is very vital as I am always free when someone needs any assistance, I don't tend to join voice channels much however i do type in general discussion every now and then. Im always making sure when I'm present that everyone is abiding by the rules.

Experience:

I have held countless ranks in my time on Zarp, I am currently Bhop Head Admin, SSRP Admin, Sandbox Mod, Discord Admin and section staff in Bhop, Appeals and Server Applications, In the past, I have held ranks such as SSRP Super Admin, Minecraft Admin, TF2 Mod and Murder Mod, I believe this shows a range of experience and shows I have what it takes to obtain this role. Id say I know Discord very well using it since 2016 and having countless servers myself so I know how to navigate through the commands very well.
