Why I should be promoted:
Throughout my time as a Super Admin, I have assisted the players, other LT members and developers to the best of my ability throughout all sorts of situations whether it'll be a simple rule break, assistance in catching out cheaters, development work, I have been there to always bring in a helping contributing hand.

Given that I have returned to the community a couple months ago, I have done a lot for the servers, more specifically SSRP by having a lot of my free time be put into mapping on Hammer so we are able to keep having map updates which has always been a big part of SSRP updates for years now - which brings me to mention that I am very hardworking as I managed to get a Christmas map pushed onto the server despite the time constraints I willingly put myself into should prove in itself that I am incredibly dedicated and passionate about my work and the future of the server.

I have caught plenty of cheaters, exploiters and so on, given my experience in investigating malicious behaviours, I have been reliable to come to a complete conclusion in many many situations we can face. I have a understanding of how annoying it can be when people are ruining the experience for others and helped out those wherever within my capabilities.

When it comes to my main role as a Super Admin which is to ensure the staff team are doing what they should be, I have been an easy contact and always try to give an answer to any questions or concerns raised. Should concerns be raised, I ensure to bring this up with others so we can have a discussion and to look and come up with potential workarounds.

I believe that I have maintained a strong relation with the members of the community given my wobbly past a while back, I have not attempted to seek out for any trouble or drama that I get involved or myself dragged into. I see and have experienced why this is an incredibly poor trait to maintain a poor reputation, I have turned myself around since the day I've come back and willingly have been happy to resolve any issues one may have against me, though as mentioned before I do not entirely expect from everyone but the fact I have attempted to move on and shown drastic improvements should in itself make me more of a stronger candidate for this position. Back when I was a user myself, I have come to terms and understand why my behaviour was not good as this did somewhat remain a problem for some so I hope this all demonstrates that my priority is to only strive the server and community into a healthier state when it comes to staff to user/staff relations.
