Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I have done 344 f1’s the 3 weeks I have been a moderator. I have learned pretty much every rule there is, and how to handle situations. People are starting to know me and more and more people recognize me as a good guy. What I have discovered as being a moderator, is that some things are very hard to do fast enough. Like stopping a prop pusher, or a guy mass RDM'ing. As an admin, it is a lot easier.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): Well, this one time, I was trying to handle an f1, the offender's friends became very discriminating and they constantly interrupted the sit. I had really never been in this situation before, so I didn’t really know what to do. But luckily for me, the guy who made the f1, happened to be onion. He taught me how to handle it. But handling such a situation is hard as a moderator. Having to go down in the tabmenu and finding 4 people who are actively being discriminating and purposely ruining my sit. So that situation will definitely become easier as an admin, as I can easily stop them from doing what they are doing.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:I would start out the post with explaining their new set of commands. Where to find them, and how and when to use them. I would then go through the F1-menu. Explain how everything there works, and tell them about every tab, and why they are useful to the new mod. After the f1-menu, I'd go through the f6-menu. Explaining how you can use it. Lastly, I'd tell them a bit about my own experience, and how to handle certain f1's.

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would think about it and reflect on it. Banning is a serious cause, so being reflective is important(well not in the case of obvious mass-rulebreak). After I’ve thought about it, I’d most likely updated his ban. I don’t know how much I’d update it. But if he is clearly sorry, and I didn’t feel he was a minge when I banned him, I’d probably just shorten his ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I really think I should be promoted because it would truly make f1’s a lot easier. It’ll be easier to catch rulebreakers redhanded, because I won’t be needing to find them on the tab-list. I also think I should be promoted because of the work I have done as a moderator. I have helped quite a few people. And I’d like to help even more. I am an active player, and I plan on staying one. Also, what has happened to me on server 2 and 3, is that I am the only staff on. I got 3 guys banned 1 hour. I gave 12 warnings that day. They were constantly rulebreaking and minging. When they got kicked they just rejoined and did exactly the same thing. I feel that, as an admin. I could’ve solved that problem a lot easier. Seeing that sometimes I am the only on the server. That was really all, thank you for reading my admin application.
