Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin - I feel that my time as moderator has contributed to more experience so If I get admin I can work even harder and do most of the F1's. Moderator has taught me many things such as - How to handle F1's properly such as listining to both sides then posting you verdict. Moderator help's you get ready for admin so if someone was basicly go straight to admin, then I went to admin I would know more than the other person since I'd have past experience with the commands and how to handle situations that are quite tough. Being a moderator will also help me be a admin because I'll have knowledge of commands and how to act mature in sits and not get stressed since I've been moderator for over 2 weeks.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). There was 3 users I remember one was called Jackelel and he came on with 2 other friends and started mass rdming, I warned all of them for RDM while 1 of them got a banned then Jackelele RDM'd again in a sit I warned him for that, then I got another F1 saying he rdm'd another person, I took the F1 and handle'd it with out hearing jackelele story since of the history. When I was trying to speak to him he was too busy basing with his other friend so I warned him straight away then he made a F1 saying random warn, this lead to Max handling the F1 and taking a 30 minute chat with me and jackelele about the warn and then he had 2 out of the 3 since I made a mistake on the last one.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello Congratulations on gaining moderator today I'm going to train you on the Tab Menu, F1 and F6 menu and basic commands to write in chat so lets go on -
Lets start with the basic commands you'd write in chat
/TP
/tp is used for getting up to a roof you'd have to be looking at the roof and then type /tp when your looking at the location or you can press the key you binded it too. I personally think it is easier binding this command to the letter B since it is much faster than writing /tp.
/backspawn
/backspawn is used for getting back to spawn if you've had a F1 and there is a RDM'er at spawn you could just use /backspawn to get there quicker than TPing to someone, when you use it you spawn randomly at one of the spawn points.
/back
/back is used for tping back to the location you were previously at so if you Tp'd to someone when your doing a F1 and want to get back to your location you just type /back which would you teleport you back to your last location.
/goto
Goto is used to goto people but the /back command doesn't work with this so when your wanting to go to someone use the tab menu.
/bring
/bring is used for brining people but /back doesn't work with this command, this would command could be used for people hosting events but it's easier to use /tp when hosting event's.
/warn
/warn is used for warning players for minor rulebreaks such as RDM and NLR etc. You should always use the users steam ID to warn since you could warn someone else.
/unwarn
/unwarn is used for unwarning a active warnining if you have warned the wrong player when you have been warning someone, you should always use the users steam ID for /unwarn and /warn
So let's get on to the F1 and F6 menu -
The F1 menu has the F1's, recent warnings and logs, the F1 menu is used mostly for F1's because it has the logs which help with NLR and so on. The F1 menu is your most important menu since it has all the user requests for rulebreaks you can right click on one of the F1's to handle it, put it as spam which would delete the F1 request if it was someone like "Help my bank is being raided" When you handle a F1 you can unhandle it if someone is already handleing with the situation or if you need a admin to do the F1.
The F6 menu is used for the logs of basicly all the punishments the users has gainded as in Jails, Ragdolls, Slay's, Ban's Warnings and so on. The F6 menu is very helpful for looking at people's application to see if they have any recent punishment's which belong in one of them. You can also search punishments if they have quite a lot of punishments to find a certain one.
Now on to the Tab menu -
The tab menu is one of your most helpfulest things as being a moderator because it is easier than typing, when you click on a users name you have the choice to - Kick them and Unban them from a job if they were randomly demoted and Freeze to stop someone if a cop is about to arrest them or RDM them or to stop them from mass RDMing and Slay, slay is used to slay someone if they have a big gun as citizen since it make's them lose it. Teleport is the same as /tp so it would teleport the player/yourself to the place your looking at. Goto is used for going to someone easier than writing /goto in chat. Bring is to bring someone to you but doesn't work with /back. Ok this is all the commands a moderator gets on the tab's menu.

Staff members can't warn other staff members unless there high up.

Hello, today I've reviewd your appeal and talked to a few staff members on what they'd do here it is -
We have looked over the application and talked about it with a few other admins and we have decided to reduce your ban to 2 weeks since since this is your first rulebreak and you have put great effort into this. If you do this again however it would be another permenant ban and you'd may not get unbanned again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words)
I feel like I should be promoted since I have put hard work and effort into zarp to make darkrp a better place, I have learned a lot from being a moderator and I feel like I deserve it since I've worked. Yesterday I brought back my activity up by doing over 50 f1's and taking every single f1 that was handle'd I did not rush them since rushing a F1 is not a very kind action to do since the person could have waited for the F1 to be done and then you eventually do it and it takes like 2 minutes with you missing all of the evidence. I also feel I should be promoted since I'd be able to do more events and do a lot more F1's such as 'Prop Block and Random Demotes (Stop the demote)' If I got admin I would help players more and more and become a well known friendly administrator. I used to watch admin video's when I first started being a moderator to see how to handle situations even calmer. A youtuber I watched was "Smithy" since he posted some admin video's of him and I wanted to be like him catching rulebreakers.
