Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:

I have played many times and i think i could contribute because right now, no admins are ever in murder, obviously, i would.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

If someone someone mass rdms + Ltaps you may ban him for some time. If someone is hacking and has anticheat on, you may ask a super admin or higher for permission for perma ban

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I would start by congratulating them for becoming part of zarp team and then i would proceed to explain the commands, i would show them the private and admin messaging. then explain when to gag/tgag and mute. Then i would tell him the slay/warn commands and when to use them. I would also remind them the TP is only acceptable if someone is stuck. Then i would tell him the ban/kick command is used in extreme cases. to end with, i would tell him that staff is really nice and will help him if anything happens.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello (banned player) i´ve seen your application and i talked to (M,A,SA) who banned you and considered it. We decided you are truly sorry and we will accept your appeal, but cheating is a really bad thing, so we will remove your ban in two days. My recommendation is that u read the rules carefully again. Thank you for playing on Zarp, I hope you do not do it again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I have enjoyed my time as mod, but now, i think i have learnt the basiscs of being so. I have a lot of time in this server and i think being admin would help out truly. Now, as i have lots of time in server, i prevent many rdming as normaly theres only one mod online, i think being admin could improve this.
