Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM may be defined as mass murder/reasonless killing. For example, if someone was walking down the street and a guy kills the innocent person for no reason that would be classed as "RDM".

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR is New Life Rule meaning anything that happened before you died is as if it didn't happen to you. For example if you were fighting with another player and you get killed, you then go back to get revenge that would be classed as "NLR". You will not be allowed to go into that district you died in for 3 minutes, if you do so you will get a warning for "Breaking NLR".

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x
I would teleport to player x and ask him what happened and then teleport to player y and tell him that i need him for a sit. i would then teleport both of the players onto a rooftop. I would get both sides of their stories, then i would ask player y if he RDMed player x if he admits it i would give player y a warning for RDM. If he doesn't admit it i would ask player x if he had any proof and if he doesn't i would then send both players back to where they were.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would go to player x and ask him for his side of the story, then I would then go to player Y and ask for his story. I would then ask If player x has proof that player y broke NLR if he does player y would be warned for "Breaking NLR". If he doesn't have any proof i would explain to player y not to break "NLR" then i would let them both go on their way.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)
I have been a member of the DarkRP community for a while now, and I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to help everybody enjoy their time on the server, by helping those who are in need of assistance, and by preventing rule breakers from getting in the way of players who are just looking to have fun. I would be willing to dedicate a large portion of my free time to playing on the server, so I would be able to provide a regular and consistent presence on the server. I record all of my game play so i can get the rule breakers off the server and i have submitted over 25 F1's in the past 2 weeks with evidence; This has allowed me to get a lot of rule breakers off the server and make it an enjoyable place for everyone. Some days i can be on early and that is the time where no staff are on and where most of the rule breaking happens, i would love to keep the server free from rule breakers and give everyone an enjoyable time on your server!

Looks like a very good application and seems like a suitable candidate to become a moderator! Looking at his Plays.tv account it looks like he really cares about enforcing the rules and really enjoys the server.
