What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is where people who are dead and they tell the runners and somtimes the deaths codes,doors,if traps have been activated or not and if they tell them what things are safe and and what is not and also if they tell them what potals to go through. e.g.If a guy was dead and says to another guy the code is 348 and that guy tried it and won or died it does not matter if it is wrong or right they tell them something.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would pick out of these terms, gag them,mute them,warn them e.g say if somebody called a guy was giving mass disrespect to another user and he continued giving disrespect I would mute or gag and warn him for Disrespect.It also means that you are not alowed to call anyone names or hurting another player's feelings.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))I am very nice have knowledge and have 0 recents I would be very happy when I accepted. I am PH staff maybe on Sunday TTT staff.

I think you would be a good candidate for staff member and beyond (beyond mod)
just gonna say idk about the gametracker if its right or wrong (its only 200 mins, its recommended to get 2 weeks of activity for a higher chance of getting accepted if this is the case, if you have other gametracker or have changed name, look up what your previous name was on the server and you should be able to fin dit.)
