When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
It would be appropiate to use the ban command when a player creates too many problems in the server by continuously exploiting, disrespecting and being racist. This command should be used in some other situations like: When a player trap-spam and leaves the server so he avoids the punishment or after getting kicked and warned for rule breaking and joins back and keeps making problems by exploiting or disrespecting.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
I've had all type of problems during this time as a moderator and I was able to solve most of them by myself, but rarely i have to depend of an administrator to ban people for LTAP (leave to avoid punishment) or continuously rule breaking after getting warned and kicked. If I was an admin maybe people would stop making problems in the server and he thinks that I'm serious. But if someone keeps going and breaking other people's experience I will be able to ban so I don't need to depend of an administrator.

Why I should be promoted:
I have a really good activity in the server and I feel that the staff's activity is falling down and sometimes I'm the only staff in the server or sometimes we are only moderators in the server. With this promotion, I would be able to do more things for the server and I wouldn't need to wait for an admin or higher rank to join the server. Maybe that would take too much time and the rule-breaker could have left the server and he wouldn't be punished for what he did. Also, I have practiced a lot while being a moderator and I feel that I'm ready for this rank and I have enough experience for it.

I agree as well as this Your application should be a lot better.I think you need a bit more experience.Maybe 2 weeks or a week.
