Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match (RDM) is killing innocent people who have done nothing and they were in no KOS area. If they were in KOS are then it is legall to kill people who trespassed line with sign KOS

Scenario:
Alex is building his shop, John (killer) is bored and he want to kill someone so he decides to kill Alex just for fun, then Me as moderator I bring both of them to the roof. I will say, So John why you RDM Alex?? (then he will answer something) I will check console for that if he really killed him ,,To be sure´´ then I will give him warn for that and I will say if he will continue with his crimes then he will be warned and jailed. And then if he will still continue killing then he´s going to get banned for about week (it denpend on that how many times he was banned before or warned)

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule (NLR) is trepassing area where I died or someone else who died.

Scenario:
Alex is walking around the town then he will overlook the sign wit KOS he´s going to get killed by John by lawfull means, John is unable to go back in to that district where he died for few minutes and if he will go back then I give him verbal warning.
Even if he will be killed in no KOS area he cant go back!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Answer: player y will get warn for his crimes, if he will continue then another warn (with jail) then ban if he will continue again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Answer: I might warn both of them, that depend on that, how many times they broke NLR.

Why I should be chosen:
I would very much like to start playing as a moderator because I am already struggling with myself, as there is sometimes a lack of moderators and administrators, so I want to join the moderators and solve the personal problems people are waiting for before someone solves them. I like to solve problems in games like Garrys mod, and it would be my first moderator and it will be exciting for me

Seeing your explainations, i see you have a relatively poor rule knowledge, i'd say wait a month, get some experience and then you'll definetily get it,
But for now i honestly can't support this

AceInsidious, sad that I can apply next week so I applied because I really want to become a moderator and do something good for the server. I dont really know whats the problem then.
