How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:

I feel in the what is soon to be 3 weeks of me being Admin that I have learned and improved a lot since starting out as a Moderator. I was trained and have been doing reports weekly and am as active as possible. It has also made me learn about the staff team, rules and other valuable info on the server to a much greater depth. I have also learnt how to deal with people better in reports and in-game in general to be more helpful and friendly.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):

Activity:

I believe I have great activity and am always trying to improve it, by coming on daily for 30 mins at least to do reports and check everyone is doing alright and if they need any help. I am also active on the foruns, Teamspeak and steam daily so can be contacted easily if need be.

Trust:

I have been Admin on TTT for nearlly 3 weeks and haven't had a single report against me for Abuse and haven't been punished by the LT team for anything. I am also a Murder Super Admin which shows I can be trusted with the powers there and have been Murder SA for nearlly 2 months or more. Aswell as Murder I have been an SSRP Admin but resigned.

Experience:

Because I have been Admin on SSRP before, TTT for nearlly 3 weeks and am Super Admin on Murder I have gained a lot of experience of how to handle users, how to deal with staff members etc. Being a Super Admin on Murder means I am one step ahead of most people who don't already have a Super Admin position as I have learnt more on how to be a good Super Admin already.

Other Garry's Mod Servers:

I have been staff on numerous other servers, I have been Moderator twice, Admin three times, Super Admin twice, Server Manager once and Co-Owner once. All these servers have had to trust and build me up and this shows I am dedicated, trusted and experienced from all these previous positions.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

I remember when there were 2 staff members that were arguing about a rule and it started to escalate, I then tried to contact a Super Admin or higher but none were online at the time on Steam or TS. I therefor tried to calm them down and gave my opinion so they could both get a better understanding. I then reported this to a Lead Team member so they could talk to them in more detail.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

I would first of all see if the report reason is valid to make sure it isn't a pointless report. I would then proceed to watch or look at any evidence of the abuse from the victim's side. After this I would talk to the staff member to get their story of what happened. I would then see if any evidence matches up or if the stories from both sides make sense.

If the staff member has abused I would tell the Lead Team about it in the LT meeting and watch them the rest of the week to see if it happens again or gets more serious.

If there is no evidence and the two stories don't match I would take the staff member's word as they are more trusted than a user.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

I would first of all approach the staff member calmly and ask why they banned the user for that amount of time. I would then tell them that is too much and that it need to be reduced. I would then reduce the ban to an acceptable time and tell them some appropriate times for the reason. Therefor ensuring the user is banned for a correct amount of time and hopefully preventing the staff member from banning for too long again.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

I would approach the staff member and ask them why they are dealing with the user in such a way. I would then tell them how to handle the situation(s) in future and link them to the staff ETHOS so they can read it and know how to deal with situations better.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

I would first of all ask both staff members to stop arguing so it doesn't escalate the situation. I would then talk to them on TeamSpeak about the situation so I can understand it better and see who is right or wrong. I would then deal with them both by telling them not to argue and in future gather evidence and report it to a Lead Team member right away. I would then bring this up in the Lead Team meeting to agree on a suitable punishment. (If necessary)

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

I would first of all stop everyone from arguing so it doesn't get any worse. I would then ask why is there an argument breaking out and talk to all staff members involved on TeamSpeak to clear the situation. I would also talk privately to the staff member who sparked the situation and tell them to re-read the staff Ethos so it doesn't happen again and bring them up in the LT meeting.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

I would quickly tell them to stop what they are doing in admin chat and get them on TeamSpeak as fast as possible. I would then tell them what they are doing wrong and to re-read the rules so they get a better picture. I would also ask them if they have any questions and they can always ask other staff members for help if unsure of a certain rule or how to deal with something.

I would like to thank you for reading my application. I know the Lead Team probably doesn't need any more members and that this is probably too soon for me to apply compared to some others but I am giving it a go.

I am mainly doing this for feedback on how to improve so please leave constructive criticism below!

For some reason it didn't save my playtime for yesterday which was nearlly 2 hours. I know Shadow and Miia were online and I was doing reports so they can probably vouch I was online.
