How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Being a Zarp administrator has taught me numerous things. Being an administrator on zarp has taught me more about the staff team and all of their uniqueness and faults. As an administrator, I have learned many things from my mistakes, mostly, that include handling different situations accordingly, helping others more efficiently, and catching and busting rulebreakers. I read over the rules constantly as an administrator and ask for help when needed to help everyone out. Being an administrator has proved to myself that I am ready to be a Super Administrator and help the server even more. The time that I have been an administrator has allowed me to grow and strive to help others and fellow staff members. Becoming a Super Administrator will help me help others and make the community a better place overall.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?
Overall
I believe I am a great candidate for the Lead Team because I love helping others and making a difference in the community. One major difference that I will make as a Super Administrator is playing on server 3. Server 3 is in desperate need of active lead team members and I play on it much more than other potential or already active lead team members. I wish to help more of the staff team rather than players and try a few new things while I'm at it. Becoming a Super Administrator is extremely important to me as is the server. I am also a good candidate for the Super Administrator team because I am a good leader that will treat others as equals and help them out. I believe becoming a super administrator is also important to me because I can learn from being with the other super administrators and sometimes teach them or help them if necessary. I have strong friendships with some lead team members that could assist me and others together as a team. Last, I am a good candidate for the super administrator team because teaching others to become staff will be very enjoyable to me and I would like to help the server by doing so.
Leadership
I have been on Zarp for a long time. I love to solve issues among the staff team and assist meeting when I can or even if I can’t! I believe in the well-being of every player and their experience. I wish to lead Zarp to become a better server by becoming a Super Administrator and helping everyone out. I have many experiences outside of Zarp in which I have been owners of a variety of servers such as Minecraft, Garry’s Mod, Discord Servers, and More! I believe if I become a lead team member I can make Zarp substantially better with my help and dedication.
Trustable
I’m very trustable as a Zarp staff member because I have helped many people and the community in general and learned to love to the community. I am trusted as a staff member because I have been a staff member for around a quarter of a year. I believe the Zarp community can become better with me as a lead team member because many players and staff alike trust me to handle tasks and scenarios for them. When people need help they trust me to assist them and get them through their problems.
Active
I have been very active throughout my 1+ year or playing on Zarp. When being staff I have been even more active and cared about the server even more. In summers when there is no school, I am on Zarp constantly helping players and assisting fellow staff. When I am taking courses in school I get on every night and dedicate myself to Zarp and helping the community. I have always been dedicated and always will be dedicated to zarp. Getting Super Administrator would allow me to be even more active and solve the server’s problems as a lead team member.
Helpful
As a Zarp staff member, I am always on the server helping players and staff to create a better community and environment for players overall. When I log on the server I always rush to help someone in distress or need. I love helping the community and making sure everyone is comfortable and having a fun and great experience. When people need help I am always there, and because of this, my F1 count is always great. A specific example of me helping fellow staff is on 9/17/17 (m/dd/yy) when I assisted a new super admin by helping them train a player by being their subject for training. I have been included in many training sessions and would like to participate as a trainer for new staff members. (Sundays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Times After 6:00 Are Usually Perfect For Me! This Means I Am Available To Train Staff Most Times To Make The Server Better.)
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Often times, there are accusations of potential hackers in the staff chat that I would be happy to go over and give results of as super administrator. This situation has happened many times and has been one of the main reasons I wish to become a super administrator. A specific example of this is when a player admitted to hacking but I had no tools to prove anything, as Morgan had just left the server. If this situation happened I would use the utilities available to anticheat the player and let the other staff know if they are hacking or not and take appropriate action.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
If I were to handle a report against a staff member, I would take both stories and both points of view to assess the situation. I would then question other staff members or potentially players that were involved in the situation to get more points of view. I would get as many logs and sources of evidence as much as possible. If the member was guilty of the said accusation, they would be talked to or punished depending on the situation at hand. When all is said and done I will accept/deny the request on the forums and explain reasoning if needed.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would let the staff member know that everyone can change and deserves second chances. I would explain proper banning/punishment procedures and action to them if needed. I would edit their bans for them accordingly so that the bans are more fair and make sure the staff member has learned from their mistakes. If this is happening a lot I would bring it up in a meeting and/or keep it in mind for ban appeals/report abuse forms. After all is sad and done, I would link them to the staff ethos and let them know to use that as a reference to properly punish players.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would assist the staff member with the situation and explain the different things they can do to reach a conclusion. I would eventually handle the situation myself if it is taking too long for a user. The staff member could use this experience as a reference for when it appears again. I would then provide some example scenarios for them to practice and get familiar with. I would explain possible ways to handle the situation and how it will benefit the player and themselves.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would take both points of view and assess the knowledge of the staff member by reversing the roles. (seeing how they would handle themselves) I would gather evidence from multiple viewpoints and come to a conclusion based on past experiences with the staff member, how they react to different situations, and different evidence provided.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would calm both sides to prevent further arguing and explain why one is right and tell them that it is okay to be wrong and sometimes better because you can learn from your mistakes and help each other out in the long run. I would then handle the situation accordingly if anything else needed to be done. If arguments like this have happened before, or they continue to argue, I will make another attempt to calm both parties and present the situation in a super admin meeting.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would approach them in a calm member and get them to stop. I would then let them know how to handle the situation correctly, what to do next time, and to ask for help if you think you need it in the situation. I would then allow the staff member to make an apology to the players harmed in the incident and let them know what was going on and what will happen next time. I will present this scenario in the super admin meeting if needed. If the staff member continues with the attitude or does not handle the situation correctly in the future, I will present it in a meeting and take action so it does not happen again.
