Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
it was lovely helping others teaching others how to bhop and playing with the players i helped and if some doesnt know like how to change there character il just tell them the command or the button and i feel if i become an admin i can help way better and thats also why im applying

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): this guy the n***er spammer he kept joining back after a kick after the mute he starts to disrespect all and i said in a nice way if you dont stop im gonna get a higher rank then me to help

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hi your new and needed training and i love to help people so try to make everyone feel better and help them bhop if they cant and only kick if they had 3 warnings from you just say the warning but if its just a small spam not disrespect spam then dont kick just mute but if its a hacker you can kick him/she straight away and the freeze is for people who try to bhop away from you or just get away if theres someone promoting websites then please tell them its not allowed in a nice way
and make sure to make zarp players feel at home with this community if they dont want to its fine but if you can be the nicest zarp mod or someday admin you could make alot of players happy and if you cant show them how to bhop very well use and try to be the most joyful player on the bhop staff community and now your ready to go out into the bhop server and make players feel at home

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would forgive them and give them another chance but if its not nice then then exactly no but i dont want to be mean to them all i want is to help the community

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
Because being promoted will allow me to help more today i got a racist spammer saying ni**er over and over but i kick him and he joins back and saying it to others and me so i want to help more by protecting the players feelings and gameplay experience help them enjoy zarp more and i love the community i LOVE it and i just feel i can really help if im an admin and tell the players how to bhop and if they cant bhop that great but can a little but dont like holding a and d they can use auto strafe and then someday if they learn how to be nice and teaching fellow players how to bhop they will apply for mod and then the community will grow and grow intill its the safest server in bhop and everyone on the bhop server can be happy enjoying zarp and we can maybe keep this server running for more then 20 years O_O

"Why I should be promoted" is not 100 words+, that's not a requirement but it shows that the application is rushed.

Generally your handling of the situation of the cheater appealing a ban is pretty poor.

I don't believe your 100 - 200 word letter to train a new mod is up to par with what it should be.
