When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
I believe it would be appropriate to use the ban command only if someone was rule breaking ( for example disrespecting) and had been verbally warned and after they continued warned. If they continued after that and they had been kicked and rejoined back and continued rule breaking I would ban them then.
Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
Someone was trap spamming, so I had slain them and warned them for that. His friend had said why did you do that? Are you racist? I informed them that I do not care about that we slain people if they trap spammed because they might continue to trap spam if they were warned so it is a precautionary. They then disrespected me and I told them not to disrespect, but they did it again. So I warned them and he then left.

Personally, I think if I was an admin I think people would take me more seriously and I would have access to a variety of commands that could help me in situations.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
I think I should be promoted as I am a resilient, determined and reliable staff member, I love helping people and answering questions, I also am very acceptable to peoples point of views as I think the most effective way to argue is to see it from both points of view. I like to think carefully about what I am saying because I try not to disrespect people unintentionally. I am friendly although I may seem to have a very strong personality. I am very dedicated to this server and the people in it and when I play I am on for about 1-4 hours not including weekends. I have had experience as a moderator on a previous server for 2 months and on this server for at least a month.
