Estimated Server Time:
Around 30-40 hours, I honestly don't know how much time I've actually spent.
Languages I speak:
Dutch and English
Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Of course I have plenty of experience on other servers. I'm currently a
TTT Head Administrator and a
Teamspeak Head Administrator, though it's mostly the first one that would help on SSRP. Although the job is quite different, especially as you have to use your voice more as well as the fact that there are many new commands, I still do believe my experience on TTT has definitely helpt me on my way.
I still need to get fully used to moderating on SSRP. As I said earlier, it is very different from how we do things on TTT. Still, I have noticed that handling F1's has become easier and easier, and at this rate it'll be just like handling reports on TTT: simple and natural.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Over time I have noticed several hurdles that I struggle to overcome. An example would be the fact that I struggle getting on roofs. Preferably I'd get this promotion, so that I finally get acces to the noclip command. Also the ability to use the physgun to move players around would be extremely useful.
A situation that I had to work around... well, there have been many. Plenty of times I've had a user that had 11 recent punishments or a user that decided to LTAP. In all these situations have I asked an admin to ban them or for an admin to TP to me so they could deal with the user. Yesterday there was a potential hacker (a user was being extremely racist as well as propspamming, they had been previously kicked for hacking a month ago) so I got Chummy to join and deal with him.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
'Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?'
As I banned them I'm not actually allowed to respond with an outcome. However, I would respond to the appeal in a manner that is profesional and calm. I'd respond with my opinion on the thread. In this particular instance, I would respond kindly and positively. I'm a firm believer of second chances, and this user is seemingly very apologetic for what he has done. It was also their first ever ban, so I do believe a permanent ban would even be too harsh on them. In the end I'd urge whoever handles the appeal to accept it, although it is entirely their own choice (within reason)
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
My experience on other servers is definitely a bonus. I am familiar with some commands on SSRP, such as Noclip and the ban command. Especially the latter I'd be able to properly use, as the way it's used is similar on TTT. I'm generally a nice guy, hard working and try to do my best to help everyone.
My last week of moderating on SSRP (though I was only trained on Thursday) was pretty good. It's a little intimidating, having a whole bunch of users yell at you (yesterday someone said I shouldn't be disrespectful when I only said the word "fuck" ) but I do feel like I'm capable of managing it. I also feel like I'm ready for more powers.
