Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
N/A But here is my original answer with a bit of modification!(By a bit i mean a LOT)
Being a moderator taught me so many things like how to handle F1s so the users get the best experience they can on the server. How to handle Rulebreakers that are obviously there to Mass rulebreak and waste time. And ofc how to sort out really complicated reports. Becoming an admin will make things go more smooth and easy as i have the power that i need to handle the rulebreakers and give users the best experience on the server!

Same thing applies. Ill write the original with modification!
My main problem was the defiant users. For example lets take one of the sits where i had to explain to someone that they can't just kill someone cause they have drawn a gun at them or you need to mug with /me. Most of the time they just said "call an admin cause you are just a mod i don't belive you!", or "You can't tell me what to do you are just a mod. When an admin tells me i will belive it" There were some minor things here and there but i handled them. The other thing that bothered me was problock. Most of the time i had to call an admin after a 30 minute sit where the offender just wasted my time.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Evaluate the situation and how serious the ban is then decide accordingly. For the sake of the story lets pretend its accepted cause the ban is light or medium(No not like chicken.) if its light i would just unban them. else just shorten their ban.
I will write a response that is for a light ban

I contact someone to handle it cause of the Appeal policy. (You may not accept or deny appeals that are appealing punishments you have given.)

Why I should be ~~promoted~~ accepted(we recommend around 150 words):
I can help in lots of situations as a staff member, be online and do F1s when 90% of staff are RPing. I am already a trusted member i belive. (Was admin 2x times) and i can easily get 40+ F1s a week. (Note that thats the bare minimum i will do)
I am serious when i need to be but like to mess around when the situation is appropriate.
I can make a difference in ZARP and im gonna do it! Thats why i am reapplying, i see that some of the staff team don't really care about staff duties and RP even when they are asked to do F1s. I want to help players have a better experience! ~~AND I WANT TO BUILD A WALL AROUND RULEBREAKERS~~ I want to stop Rulebreaks and make the community better while doing it!

Also i will have more activity by the end of the week so take that into account!

Thank you for applying for staff on the SSRP servers! We will review your application every Saturday during the meeting (which will be voted on by all staff members excluding moderators) whether we think you deserve it or not! We will base our votes on your Activity, Recent punishments, F1 counts & Personal opinions. There is no need to begin worrying about whether you get the position or not, because all you have to do is make sure that you keep a close eye on your application to check if it's been accepted or denied.

Note: All applicants that have submitted applications will be replied to with a reason, excluding lead team applications with a deny or an accept!
