Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

Firstly, I would issue a verbal warning. If they chose not to follow this verbal warning, I would then go ahead and mute/gag them for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the severity of the spam. I would then check their warnings and if they had recents for mic/text spamming, I would issue a warning too.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

I would firstly let everyone know that it is in fact an exploit, if I knew of it. If they chose to ignore this and use the exploit, I would warn them. However, if neither me nor the person using it knew it was an exploit beforehand, I would firstly issue a verbal warning, and if they continued I would warn them.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Ghosting is when in-game information is transmitted through out of game means, such as Teamspeak, Discord, or Steam. An example of this type of situation would be if Billy was on Discord with Bob and got murdered by Jeff, but then he tells Bob that Jeff is the murderer and spectates him, telling him where Jeff is.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

While my activity is very poor, I meet the requirement and plan on playing up until the meeting. I am applying based on the suggestion of Xnator, as I was going to apply next week instead of this week. I am a Deathrun and TTT Admin, so I am experienced with ULX and trusted. I have been an SSRP Admin twice in the past as well. I'm friendly and I know how to properly deal with situations. If I am correct, I have no recent punishments, as my slay from Xnator was removed. If I do get denied this week, I will apply next week with better activity.
