Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
First I would warn them and tell them to stop. Then if he would not listen I would gag/mute him for 3 minutes. If the player still wouldn't stop spamming after the first gag/mute I would continue to mute/gag him for respectively 5m, 10m, 20m and warn him with the warn command.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would tell that player to stop exploiting and if he wouldn't stop I would slay and warn him for exploiting.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Player X is giving Player Y (that is in Hunters team) information about other props positions.
Player from the same team is giving information about someone position on global chat.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I know that I don't play long on this server (5 days) but I sometimes join the server when there are no mods/admins and people are often mic/text spamming and insulting each other so I try to calm them down a little but sometimes it doesn't work. When I see that someone needs help with something (e.g. Someone doesn't know how to turn the jukebox off or doesn't know how to rotation lock/change into a prop) I often try to help him with the problem. I also can get along with people pretty easily and without hindrance.
Edit: Forgot to add I was an admin on a GMod TTT server and on 2 CS:GO servers
