Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: Because im an active player, i don't disrespect people. i evaluate a situation/suspicion before taking action, i give people a warning before actually using !warn. as a moderator ive realised i can't do as much and help as much as i want to. i don't want to keep relying on calling for other staff to deal with a situation that is too high for me to deal punishments to, i know im capable of the job, and confident enough to apply for it.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: hopefully never, mainly if there's someone hacking. where as temp ban would be the appropriate punishment for most actions. e.g a player has received a total of 4 warnings. i would then temp ban that player for 24hours. if he comes on the next day and picked up another 4 warning i would then temp ban for 48 hours. then 1 week, month. e.c.t it may not be the system or method you guys use, but this is the method ive used myself, but i am willing to use another method more suitable to the server.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: i wouldn't, as i find talking through the commands and what to do and not to do is more efficient, but if i had to write a letter i would say:
Congratulations on becoming a moderator. here's what you need to know.
patience and evaluations are key, don't show that a player is getting to you or annoying you. as it will not help the situation settle. if he's being offensive/racist spamming chat calmly ask them not to, if they persist, then use !mute "name" "reason" or !tmute "name" "time" "reason". !gag/!tgag if they use voice chat to do the same things, this also goes for mic spam, mic spam is a player making consistent silly noises, playing music e.c.t. if you want to message a player something like a name change to avoid people discussing it or just general requests to avoid confliction with other players use !p "name" "message".
if a player is door blocking/door spamming ask them politely to stop and move away, if they ignore the request or refuse to. use the command !slay "name "reason" or if you can use !sslay to slay them without being shown in chat.
and then we have !kick, kick should only be used if necessary like if a player has a racist or offensive name or is AFK from a full server for a whole map, as this will free slots for players. !kick "name "reason". tp commands are useful if a player is stuck, or to watch their action. you can use !tp "name" "name" to tp a player to another player on the team to free him or !bring "name" or there !goto "name" to see what they are upto, and now we are left with !fspec. !fspec forces a player into spectator mode, use this on afk players to free up the spawns and server for people who are playing. you can also use !fspec ^ to move yourself..
my advice to you is to just stay calm and not let anyone get to you and always spectate a suspicion on a ghoster before taking action as you need to be 100% certain if not ask another member of staff to come and check it out. one last thing is the ULX Menu. this menu has all the commands you will need without typing. it's also easier to control. id suggest binding it to a key of your choice. open the console and type "!menu "bind key" "ulx menu" "

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Hi, player x due to cheating on the server you were banned but the fact you put so much effort into writing an apology I will give you a second chance. but if you are caught cheating again, that will be it. i have granted your request to be unbanned, and you will now be closely monitored to ensure you are following our rules. and keeping the play as fair as possible.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): i like to consider myself an honest person. im open about my vac ban history and my history in cheating on games. e.c.t. i think ive done a decent job as a moderator at this moment, but im limited to what I know im capable of. i know i can help the server a lot more than what i can do right now. i want to continue my job as a staff and not need to rely on higher members of staff to come to deal with cheaters. or people with 4 or more warnings. or to move a ghoster to the opposite team. ive not been questioned on any of my decisions as a moderator as of yet. and id like the say i want to keep it that way. as i stated in my previous application for moderator. i have a lot of experience being staff on servers. i used to be a co-owner of a server myself which entailed me hiring staff searching for staff. and i know im going to contradict myself on what ive just said but it's true when looking for staff i never went for experience. i looked for attitude. the way they spoke to players. e.c.t, i could have hired someone with 10+ years for example and he could turn out to be very rude and disrespectful to the players which would then give the server a bad name. but yeah back on topic. I've got the knowledge and temperament to handle "hot" situations. and explain to a player why they must not do something they shouldn't be doing even if they don't fully understand. i can take my time with a player so he then understand's what he was doing wrong. and i don't take someone's word for it. id like to be sure myself, ive had people message me saying, so and so is ghosting trust me. when it turns out there not. because ive watched them an entire map. and their play style has not changed once. again off topic. but as an ex-cheater/hacker im pretty confident when it comes to knowing how cheaters/hackers play, i can know when something is not legit, as there movements alone tell a story.

Extra Information: (Not Required) i know i have not yet attended a meeting but tomorrow i will be there at 8pm, i apologise for not appearing last week i was told the wrong time -_- and if you can't accept me until i show to a meeting then that's totally understandable.
