What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is the use of chat or a 3rd party software to reveal information that could alternate the game ending, for example if Scum and Plum are talking in teamspeak or using steam chat, Scum died and told Plum that its the left/right portal or that the code is 258 that is considered Ghosting, if the information is false it also counts as ghosting

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
Firstly i would tell them to stop disrespecting, if they don't stop i would gag them and if they continue i would warn and gag them and if they continue i would try and get an admin online and if no admin were online i would continue warning them until they are eventually banned

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
First off all i believe i should be chosen because i have a lot of trust since I am an SSRP Admin, Teamspeak Staff and Murder Superadmin. I am extremely experienced as i have been staff for over 10 months, and during those times i have countered many obstacles and situations so i know how to handle sits. I have never gotten a warning on Deathrun and am very friendly with everyone, I help everyone that i can without staff powers such as telling them if they broke a rule or how you do something in-game. I am active and helpful.

You have no recent warnings and you are very friendly in game. You know the rules very well and frequently socialise with staff. You are experienced with the ulx menu and I think you would make an amazing staff member. Furthermore, you are often on TeamSpeak. Just keep working on that activity and you should be fine! You're always socialising with the staff team and generally just a cool guy to hang out with. However your activity is somewhat inconsistent, so you could definitely improve that.
