Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If somebody were to have 11+ Recent Punishments and they were warned that if they were to receive another punishment and still procedes to act out of order and gets another. This would be a valid reason to ban them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If their apology is genuine and they do intend to correct themselves. I would accept their apology and unban them. Although I would keep careful watch of them and inform other admins of this aswell. If they messed up again and were caught cheating I would not be as forgiving the next time.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I'm a very active player on TTT. I handle as many reports as I can. If I ever find a report I don't fully understand Ill ask other mods for advice as to not wrongfully slay or warn the person. I like to believe I am very friendly. I maintain calm and orderly even when being provoked by players. I'm often online late at night when there are not many other mods on, because of this I have to deal with all the reports and I often find mass rdmers who ltap or people with over 11 recents. I'd like to believe I could be useful to the server as an admin. I'd be fair and respectful to every player. I'll have been mod for 2 weeks by the next staff meeting. I'll have definitely have built up a lot more activity and have many more reports under my belt by then.
