Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
An appropriate situation to use the !ban command is in situations where a player has Mass RDMed (3 or more people) and then proceeds to LTAP afterwards. This is usually followed on by them being reported and there response being random letters, disrespect or just no response at all. Another reason to use the !ban command is if somebody had 11+ recent warns and have been told that there next warn would be a ban however they appear to show no change in trying to not get anymore
and they get the warn.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
My response would be to unban them and give them a second chance as the appeal is in great detail and most likely shouldn't be deserved. However, I would also keep a close eye on them as they have been given this chance to not break any more rules. I would tell them this and that if they do something bad again then the chances of being unbanned will decrease. I would make sure they have a clear view on what they must not do.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
The reason I should be recommended to TTT Admin is because I have seen a lot of Mass RDMers in the past and they are usually when and Admin is not online. I have been Moderator for 3 weeks now and it has happened a lot and they only thing i can do is aslay and warn (and sometimes kick if necessary). I handle as many reports as I can and when I am the only staff member on it can be hard work but I try my hardest. I have wanted to see what it would be like as an Admin and up my level of experience of being a staff member.
