What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when one player passes on information to other players through third party software or from beyond the grave through normal chats in-game. For example, if sorle were on Teamspeak with Dezmond, and Dezmond screamed "IT'S THE RIGHT PORTAL" just after he died. Even if the information that this user provides is false, it would still be considered ghosting, as they are having an impact on the game in a way which they should not be able to once they are dead.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If a player were being disrespectful, I would first of all give them a verbal warning and ask them to stop. If the user were to continue, I would give them a 3 minute mute (I wonder who added that to the server ). If, after the mute ran out, they continued to be disrespectful, I would slap on a voice mute for 5 minutes and follow it up with a warn. After this, I would just give them another warn each time and then increment the time by 5 minutes each time they were disrespectful (until they would eventually get kicked / banned from the warn limit).

Why I should be chosen:
I believe that I should be chosen for Deathrun Moderator because I am very trusted in the community. I have shown through my ranks as Prophunt and Murder Server Owner, TTT Head Admin, TS Staff, Forum Staff and SSRP Admin that I am able to hold ranks in the community, and also that I am very experienced with staffing, so that there will be no issues in regards to me not knowing how to do my job properly. I have shown a lot of dedication to Deathrun in terms of my activity (may have been poor last week, but it will be much better over the course of this week, and was better in the past), and the fact that I used to be a Deathrun admin, furthering my staffing experience in the past. I believe that I will be able to help out a lot on the Deathrun server as a Moderator, and that I will be able to put forwards a positive impact onto the server.

In response to the comments on activity, this will definitely be improved drastically by the meeting. I was planning on playing an hour a day (at least) this week and then posting my app on Thursday, but Sorle told me to post it now.

Few points.
1. Activity is a major issue for your app.
2. I don't fully agree that you should unmute the player after 3 minutes. I tend to leave it til map change.
