Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM is when a player kills another player without any given RP reason, which is why it is called Random Death Match.

Example:
Player 1 is a normal citizen walking around on the streets of SSRP 3 and Player 2 becomes a gundealer to purchase a weapon and test out how weapons work on Player 1 and ends killing him.


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR is when a player dies, they do not remember their past and they are not allowed to "remember" who killed them or where they did, and they may not return to their death location.

Example:
Player 1 has died in his base from Player 2, so he runs back as quick as possible to try and get a revenge kill on him before he runs away and Player 1 has no idea where to find him.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player 1 accuses Player 2 for RDMing him, the console log shows that Player 2 killed Player 1.
I would teleport to Player 1 and ask for his side of the story, then ask if I can move him to a nearby roof for the rest of the situation. I would then teleport to Player 2 and ask if I could teleport him to a sit, if it was a no due to a roleplay situation I would wait till he was free, then I would teleport him to Player 1. I would now ask for Player 2's side of the story and deal with it from there. If Player 1 had proof I would view this before dealing with Player 2. If Player 2 was new and didn't know the rules I would refer him to where he can find the rules and let him off with a verbal warning. If Player 2 lied about not rdming and Player 1 has proof I would warn him for RDM and mention that he has lied. If I had no proof from either side I would let them both go knowing that I need proof and that I can't take any action also recommending that they try and gather proof for future situations.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player 1 accuses Player 2 for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would teleport to Player 1 asking for his side of the story and check the logs at the same time. I would also ask for proof at this time. In the logs I would check the time to see how long the 2 kills were apart. If the kills were under 3 mins apart I would teleport to Player 2 and ask if I could use him for a sit. If he says no I would wait for his RP situation to end and teleport him back to Player 1 and ask for his side of the story as well as proof. If Player 2 ends up guilty and if he was new I would refer the rules to him and let him off with a verbal warning. If he is guilty and knows the rules I would then warn for NLR.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
So I just want to start out that I have been a staff member on ZARP before and the highest rank I have achieved was Admin. The first time I was admin I had that rank for about 3 months I think before I resigned due to school taking a lot of my time and I just could not fit ZARP into my schedule. A year later I was able to re-apply to admin again and was accepted. About a month later I made one of the worst decisions on ZARP I have ever made and decided to abuse and hack. I was demoted and permanently banned. About 2 months and a week ago I have been unbanned and am trying to bring my old reputation back up. I'd like to say I was a great admin my first time around because people gave me compliments and were pretty sad when I had to resign. I know it is going to take a lot of trust to accept me back into the staff team but I believe that I have proved myself well enough to be given a chance back into the staff team through the reports I have been making. I love helping the server which is why I try to help the server out as much as possible through helping staff members catching rule breakers. I have made about 22 reports (and counting) in the past 3 weeks (just a picture of my recent posts), staff members included. One example would be a moderator named John another example would be Kitty. Another way I help the community is by making simple guides for everyone such as my Printer Guide, I'm sure everyone has at least seen it once and I keep getting compliments like "great guide dude! it's so helpful." I have talked to ChummyXRay about my interest back in the staff team and he said that he see's no reason that I shouldn't apply because I have proven to him that I am a decent candidate because I have no recent punishments and I pump out reports like they're nothing. I believe that with mod capabilities I will be able to help clean the server of rulebreakers quicker because I don't have to record, report, post, and wait for a staff member to handle it. With mod powers I also believe this will help me regain trust in people so that I can bring back the rep I had. I also believe that I have brought my trustworthiness up enough for this chance to be apart of the staff team so that I may further prove myself.

The most recent punishment that I have is from Morgan about 2 months ago (STEAM_0:0:38217396 punished by fuck hackers (STEAM_0:1:82175). Warned on 27/07/2017 - 19:53:39 for RDM) and I got this when I got unbanned because Silent and I were messing around on S2 and I thought I was close enough with Morgan that he would've found what we were doing funny but I guess he didn't so I accepted my warning and it wasn't intentional otherwise I would not have done it. Even though I didn't really mean to "RDM" him I accepted my punishment and didn't bother to post a warn appeal because I figured he wouldn't of accepted it.

To sum it all up, I still have the same love for ZARP as I did when I first joined and this love comes from my very first time joining FP. I know the rules and I'm pretty dedicated and active I have made friends with a bunch of new people, and along the way my friends Sora, Fred, and Chummy have been promoted into the Lead Team. I believe Chute has forgiven me and Chummy has convinced me to re-apply for staff, and I hope the staff team will forgive me enough to the point where they can give me a chance to prove myself worthy of being in staff again.

I've known Zach for many years,

He used to be a little bastard, and still kind of is. But compared to how he was years ago he's not nearly as bad.
As far as I've seen since I've returned from my CM ban around a month or so ago he doesn't break any rules and I've seen him help other players understand rules in OOC a few times.

He could do well in this position.

He knows the rules and he hasn't broken any besides that one about Morgan. He also has been reporting people consistently.
