What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a player that is spectating gives another player information about who / where / what are they are doing. Like if someone was on skype giving another player help or someone in game chat.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would warn them to stop disrespecting, if they did not stop after a warning i would kick them. When they come back and if they proceed to disrespect i will ban them for however much time i feel necessary to the disrespect, but probably not a perma ban for this kind of situation.

Why I should be chosen?: I love to help people out and do whatever i can to make the server more enjoyable. I am a girl which might be seen as a downside but my knowledge for ULX and the rules are very good. I have lots of experience as staff on deathrun. I was head admin on Customized Gamers which is now shut down, So I'm looking for a new server to help out with and there is none better than ZARPGaming. I am very fair in situations where the rules have been broken and try to solve it the best i can. I am very friendly and like to have a laugh with other staff and players.

Okay, few points. 1. Being a girl doesn't change your luck on getting staff as gender roles do not effect the outcome. 2. I would suggest you mute/gag the player before kicking them. 3. As a mod you don't have the ban command. 4. We recommend two good weeks of activity before applying. Good luck!
