Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Deathmatch, usually abbreviated to RDM, is the scenario when a player kills another player with no valid roleplay reason. Player x is a Radio Manager with no weapon or raidable's and is playing music while in his stand. Player y kills Player x for playing music, although he had a reason, it is not valid. This is a violation of the rules.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule is broken if a player dies and goes to the same district in 3 minutes. Referencing NLR, when you die you must forget everything about your previous life and start a new one. You can tell if you are breaking NLR due to the timer at the top of your screen. Player x is a Gangster and is raiding a Money Printer Operation with his gang. Player x dies and has to forget his old life. If Player x goes back to the raid within three minutes, he is breaking NLR. New Life can be broken by cops in PD, and cops can break NLR for nukes and bank raids.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask player y for his reason to kill player x, if he has no reason / admits that he RDM'd, warn player y for RDM. If he has a reason but player x denies it, ask for video footage. If there is no video footage, let them both go with no warns. If there is footage and shows that player y did RDM, warn player y. If the footage shows his reason was valid, let them both go with no warns.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y of breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
As a moderator, I would check for video footage to see if player x RDM'd player y. Then check the logs for NLR. If player y RDM'ed player y but player y did not break NLR, warn player x. If player y did not RDM player y, but player y broke NLR, warn player y. If player x RDM'ed player y and player y did break NLR, warn them both. Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): ZarpGaming is a thriving community on it's many servers, and like any community, needs as much help as it can have. I would appreciate getting the role as a Moderator as I want to help out the DarkRp Servers. I would want to help people that F1 to the highest extent, and feel as if I am contributing to the community too.
