When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
I believe it would be appropriate to use the ban command only if someone was rule breaking ( for example disrespecting) and had been verbally warned and after they continued warned. If they continued after that and they had been kicked and rejoined back and continued rule breaking I would ban them then.
Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
There was a problem with two people. One of them, Person B was telling the other to play their flute(Person A) because they were a moderator, I told Person B that they can't say that they are a moderator if they aren't. And then person A played their flute and I told them, and other mods, not do mic spam. They did stop but Person B was complaining because he did not believe that Person A did anything wrong. Person A then played their flute again. I do not remember who gagged them, but Person B or A couldn't understand why they/person a had been gagged and both were asking to ungag person A. Person A then left. Person B was being a bit strange for a bit before being racist and leaving before we could warn him and I was going to warn him via offline players but I don't understand how it works.

I think my promotion could help this as one of them mentioned that I was only a moderator so it doesn't matter and I believe I can handle situations better if I had more options on what I can do and they could understand that I had power and might be nicer.

Why I should be promoted:
I think I should be promoted because I am very active and I am calm and hardworking in any situation as I do not use my anger in a situation no matter what happens as I think if you let your anger control you, you will just make it worse. I am careful and think about my words even if I do not understand what they all are in English . I am dedicated to this server and in the last two weeks, I have been on GMod (although I do spend a lot of time on Deathrun I usually spend a maximum of 2-3 hours on Bhop a week) for about 40 hours in the last 2 weeks, Even if I am not on every day when I am on I am usually on for at least 3-5 hours on Gmod.

alright. I'll be serious and start with the application; look's a bit rushed and maybe some polishing would do great. (-Bob Ross). Activity: its fine. /. My opinion is that you still need more experience in your staffing capabilities and that you need to act a lot more. (handing out verbals, warns, etc.) This problem conflicts with the fact that if and when you do become admin, moderators will look up to you for advice and dealing with advanced situations where proper knowledge of the rules is required. Dont worry tho, that is not an easy thing to achieve for all of us. Good luck!
