Estimated Server Time: 1 hour so far but I think the server is amazing and am looking to be spending lots of time on it!

Languages I speak: I speak english, but I can also speak some Spanish, French, Italian and a little Russian

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I would teach them the basics then tell them to come to the website and link them the How To Surf topic, or a video on youtube etc.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I would verbally warn them, if they continue I will mute for a while, after unmute if they continue considers on the situation it would be a kick or a ban, I would inform other staff members first before doing anything

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would confront them about it and tell them to stop as it is unfair on other players that do not have an advantage, then further consecuences if they dont listen/use it again or when im not there

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I feel I should be chosen for Moderator as I have been on many other servers and would like to see what it would be like in Zarp Gaming. I am very friendly to new users and anyone who needs help and am very experienced in gmod with things like ULX for example,I am extremely active on Garry's Mod and usually am playing Surf, Deathrun or Bhop, most servers that I would be staff in. I am very trustworthy and love helping around and am always there for teaching or learning. I have a strong passion for Surf and would only not play it every day if I was ill, on holiday etc. I wouldnt abuse my powers and would mainly ask higher staff (if possible) before doing things like warns etc. (134 words)

I'm going to look over your application and tell you what I think you can improve on and what you're already doing a good job on.


What you need to improve on currently:

Your activity, with a super low activity it's hard for us to judge two things, those two things are your personality in game, we also get to know if you will stay with us and you're not the sort of person who will just hop onto the server and then not play again a few weeks later. Please work on getting that up.

You've forgotten your gametracker, I can't find it however I'm sure if you do some quick looking through gametracker you will. Try to link all your gametrackers that have had activity in the last 30 days.

What you're doing a good job on currently:

Your insight in dealing with rule breakers is really good, it's how it should be.

You are a pretty sound dude judging from this application.
