How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel my time as Administrator shows that I can be trusted. I have been an Administrator for two months now. I absolutely love this gamemode and the community. And I feel as a Super Admin I can help the server even more. I will be helping as much as I can. And the server seems to be getting more popular. I will help any new players In any shape or way!

There was a fight going on between two players having a fight. So I said if you don't stop fighting I will Gag both of you and then they shut their mouths.

I would read the report and say I'll handle this. And either say the following.
After reviewing the report. This staff member definitely did something wrong. He/She will be talked about in the LT Meeting!

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would ask said Staff Member. The reason said user got banned from the server. And talk to the banned user to see if the reasons are fair for both sides.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would help the staff member deal with this user. And help him with any questions he may have. I would remind him that as staff there is a ethos we must follow. And we must always keep our cool. And if he can't handle the user. I would take over for him.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff members for the story. And ask for any solid proof from the accuser. And see if we can figure out if they are lying. And if they did I would give them verbal warning.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would talk to both staff members separately to avoid any more commotion, between the two staff members. And ask for both sides of the story. And see if I can bring up a resolution between the two staff members. Without escalating the argument to be any worse. And I would remind the staff member of the ethos. And give them a verbal warn.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would approach the staff member by. Asking what are they doing. And let them talk. And tell them they are harming other users on the servers. And say this could get you demoted from the Staff Team. It would of course be brought up at the LT Meeting!
