How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: Well i have been an administrator for quite a while. And sometimes when im on there is someone suspected of aimbot and i cant really do anything but cloak in corner which doesnt work most of the time.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Dedicated
Everyday I get on one of the servers and do some f1s and handle rulebreaking and most of the time i handle them before i go role-play. I am always doing f1s when no other staff are on the server. If spawn is chaos i cloak and then catch most rulebreakers. As i am a S3 Player i am usually on of the few staff members on.
Experienced
I have been a staff member for quite a while and I have knowledge of commonly mistaken rules and know what do properly. Sure, i've had my bumps on the road or mistakes that i've made but I learn from them. I have never got any report abuses accepted in the past 2 months and never had an official warning of all my time I was a staff member.
Forums
I am on the forums every day even if im at school or vacation i check the forums when im home almost every 15 minutes, if im on vacation or at school i check the forums on my phone once an hour (between classes). This is helpful as I always know if there is issues, if I am needed, or any report abuses to handle. I feel as if being on the forums often is something that is needed for a lead team member.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: Well a week ago there was someone with obvious hacks(spin bot) but apparently you need a screenshot grab to do so. About 2 weeks ago there was 9 staff members on S3 and there was 11 f1s when i joined when i asked for help no one would help even tho they weren't afk.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Well first of I would speak to both sides and see the story and here is an example for both outcomes.
Accepted- I have spoken to the staff member and he was in the wrong and he shouldn't have banned you for that reason and duration. He has been issued a emergency demote and will be brought up in the Lead Team Meeting.
Denied- After speaking to both sides and have decided that I will deny this as you it was a valid warn.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? Well first I would ask him why he banned him and why for so long. Then i would tell him that as a staff member you can not be bias and you need to follow staff ethos. then i would Bring him up in the lead team meeting and if it was really bad I would issue a emergency demote.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? Well I would jump in and give him some help in the situation then after I will tell him what he did wrong and how to do it properly, then a while later i would go undercover and see if he handles sits properly.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
Well first of I will get both sides and then ask for proof if it is needed. And then I would proceed to speak to the staff members and if one is in the wrong, I would speak to him about if its minor but if its a major rule-break i will speak to him then bring him up in the lead team meeting.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? Well I will ask the staff members to get on ts or on a roof to speak to them. Then i will ask whats the issue and who started it. Then I will have them say why they are angry or mad, then I will have them talk it out and come to good terms, as bad terms with other staff members will affect their ability to do there job properly.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? Well first i would tp or freeze them and take them to a roof then ask them why they are doing that. And then as its harming users I will emergency demote him and bring him up in the lead team meeting for demotion.
