When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: The ban command would be appropriate to use when a player leaves to avoid punishment. Other reasons might be that of constant rule breaking from a particular player. Although the ban command is helpful in some cases it is not necessary and should not be used to abuse power.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: Although I have only been moderator for about 2 weeks, I have encountered situations where players were breaking the rules eventhough I warned them. This regularly happens in the morning when a lot of people aren't on. I, myself am active almost everyday and so I can help out as much as needed.

Why I should be promoted: As stated beforehand I'm a very active person on the server and anyone can easily rely on me for advice or help. I'm a very friendly player throughout my time on the server and I hope to extend this by going to being an Admin so as to keep helping the server out. Although my app isn't quite long I already know the rules well and have background on other servers. I attended all the meetings from the time I got elected as a Moderator. Fix your gametracker please. Activity is great (I assume so it is anyway) and you are not bad at being a staff member either. But it comes down to if your sure you want to be admin. ive had many experiences with people loop holing in chat and mic spammers when your on and me but the thing you do is just leave them to me and just play the game and ive tried to get in contact with you in admin chat but you just won't answer me so i think you should really approve on your staff skills before you apply

You have an insane amount of activity, keep it up. Haven't really encountered any problems with you although Alexander2k stated above that you tend not to handle any situations.
