How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been staff for around 5 months now and I've experienced lots. I've been in many situations which have not only developed me as staff, but as a person. I have been as helpful as I can to the community and they have supported me too.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I've been staff for quite a long time, almost half a year, and I've been an admin for most of it. I have gained a substantial liking within the community and I like to portray myself as somebody who can be trusted so that should they need help, they feel confident in me finding the problem and fixing their RP experience from not only other players, but staff. I look out for the community and I can lead very well as well as listening to players, I will listen to our staff team to make sure we are all happy with the outcome.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I had taken a break from AFK mining and encountered an admin propflying and allowing his friends to break the rules, I cloaked and watched the abuse, I then started recording as proof because of his abuse, I contacted a Lead Team member immediately and waited for a reply, I continued to record and I dealt with some of the people he was allowing to break the rules.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

Hello! After reviewing your report I have decided that our staff member acted wrongly and clearly disregarded their rank, I will speak to this person and they will be brought up in the Lead Team Meeting. Any questions feel free to contact me on steam, in game or on the zarp teamspeak!

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
would ask the staff member to enter teamspeak/steam chat so that we could speak about it, I would then discuss with them the reasoning for the ban and how we might work around banning people for excessive amounts of time in the future, I would share my thoughts on how long the ban should be and if we agree then the ban will be changed.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would remind the staff member about the staff ethos and remind them that they should remain calm and helpful, if the staff member is unable to do so, I will take over myself and upon finishing with them I would speak to the staff member asking what had happened and I would remind him that he needs to stay as calm as possible and I'd give him tips on how to contain himself.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff member to provide proof or go into more detail, I would check the logs to see if they provide any information and if the staff member did break the rules, I would speak to him about it and if this isn't his first offense, I would bring him up in the Lead Team meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would remind the staff of the ethos and how we must be respectful to all members. I would also verbally warn the abusive staff member that if they do not refrain from their action, I will not hesitate to bring them up in the lead team meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would teleport them and ask them what he thinks he was doing wrong, if unable to say, I would tell them what they did wrong and why it was wrong to do so, I would remind them that they are staff to enforce the rules not at all break them, this would then be addressed in the Lead Team Meeting
