Why I should be chosen:

Firstly, I think I should be chosen as I am incredibly active on the server. In addition to this, I am extremely active on Teamspeak 3 and on steam so anyone can contact me if they require assistance.

Secondly, currently, there are no Head Admins on Prop Hunt which means that Xnator has got to test all the new maps/suggestions by himself meaning the updates come out later. If I was accepted I would be able to help massively and get updates through faster.

Finally, I am extremely mature and respectful in-game and on TeamSpeak 3. This means that I am an excellent role model for the players which may deter rule breaking.

Training:

I personally really enjoy training new members of staff and existing members of staff their new powers and how to effectively use them. I am extremely understanding in training and will use many different methods of describing something if the candidate doesn’t understand me. In addition to this, I am extremely patient, this means that I will carry on training the person until the fully understand no matter the length of time.

Characteristics

-Friendly: I am extremely approachable due to my kind and friendly nature in, and out of game. I am understanding and help anyone that requires my assistance.

-Honest: In my opinion in the majority of scenarios lying is worse than the act they are trying to cover up.

-cooperative: No matter who the person is how old they are or where they come from I will always assist them if they require help. I will try my best to work with anyone to achieve a common goal and resolve any issues present.

-Mature: I deal with situations with great sensitivity and maturity. If someone is upset or requires assistance on a personal issue I will always listen and help in the best way possible.

What I wish to achieve as a Head Administrator:

I wish to improve a number of applicants we get each weak so we can have a wider staff team to cover a greater majority of time zones so we have staff on the majority of the time. In addition to this, I hope to improve the cycle of new updates and features on prop hunt by helping Xnator test them before implementing them.

Understanding of the Ethos / Zarp

I have been part of the Zarp community since 2014! I have a great knowledge of the Ethos and how things work in the community. In addition to this, I am in touch with the majority of the community team as we speak almost daily.Due to my knowledge of the ethos it allows me to educate the new staff members on the correct punishment to use depending on the different situations they will face.
